Who this work is (and is not) for

I want to be clear about something

The work I do is not for everyone — and that’s intentional.

This is not for people looking for:
• a new supplement to add
• a quick detox
• motivation without accountability

This work is for people who:

• understand their condition didn’t develop overnight
• are willing to learn how their body actually responds to inputs
• want to reduce disease burden, not just manage numbers
• are ready for guidance, not guesswork

Right now, I’m accepting a limited number of clients into my Intensive Nutritional Lifestyle Therapy program. It includes advanced labs, a focused disease de-escalation phase, and structured guidance over several months.

If you’re unsure whether this is right for you, that’s exactly what the initial conversation is for.

If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you.
If it is, we’ll talk next steps.

Most January plans fail by February., ?Not because people lack knowledge but becauce they lack accountability to follow through when life brings on challenges

Conscious Health January 27th 2026 Why do most health plans fail after January? Change does not fail at the level of knowledge — it fails at the level of follow-through under real life pressure.
